As we navigate through the pandemic, Wingman Planning understands work can be completed in new ways. We are proud to offer Remote Work opportunities for non-local employees, and those not comfortable operating in a traditional office setting. Additionally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Summer Hours are available for eligible full-time employees to choose between working four (4) ten (10) hours days, or four (4) nine (9) hour days and one day with four (4) hours. This allows everyone to complete their full work duties without missing any summer-time enjoyment.

We cherish team relationships and that’s why we offer our Quarterly Team Building Outings! Through these outings, Wingman Planning employees can improve communication, nourish creativity, boost confidence levels, have fun, and mingle with each other. We consider this especially important since the traditional work setting has tremendously changed, and normal face-to-face interactions are not as frequent. We strive to keep all aspects of the workplace exciting, positive, and motivating for every team member!
